Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Or defective, and able to show staff proof of the defective item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods like exotic snacks and drinks, broken glass after purchased, papers, wraps, incense, or other items that staff see fit for the customers specific situation.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the item you received was a free promotional item, we cannot do exchanged or returns. This includes but is not limited too, free vapes with purchase, giveaways, gift baskets, and goodie bags.
